A Touch of Fall
These cavities in the granite of the Sequoia forest within the Sierra Nevada formed during the last ice age by cascades within the glacier. Since the ice has melted, the creek elongated these giants kettles to grooves. It won’t take long until winter wraps this landscape in deep snow.
