In the Endless Rain
The endless orographic relief rain windward of the mountains of Norway nourishes light green forests of birch trees, mosses and ferns. Isolated erratic blocks are huge granite rocks once carried by glaciers. Their location marks the place where they were dropped off the ice due to the glacial retreat. They are contemporary witnesses of the last ice age.
